These terms apply to consumers and entrepreneurs within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB). The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers habitually resident in another EU Member State, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state may also apply.

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we accept your offer by sending the order confirmation or by delivering the goods.

3. Consumer Rights – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Return Policy. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the statutory value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount as indicated on the website.

5. Payment

We provide a statutory warranty for defects in accordance with German law (BGB §§ 434 et seq.). Consumers have a two-year warranty period from delivery. Entrepreneurs have a one-year warranty period unless a longer period was agreed. Your statutory rights are not restricted.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and for breach of essential contractual obligations. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Liability for slight negligence in other cases is excluded.
