We sell food supplements. These products are not medicines and are not subject to pharmaceutical licensing. They are regulated under food law (e.g. Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims, German Food and Feed Code LFGB).

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
