Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Food supplements fall under this exception once the seal has been broken. If the seal is intact and the product is unused, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal. We recommend that you contact us before returning a product to confirm the procedure.

4. Defective Goods

If you receive defective goods, your statutory warranty rights apply. You may choose between repair, replacement, or a reduction in price. In certain cases you may be entitled to withdraw from the contract or claim damages. Please contact us as soon as you notice a defect.

5. How to Return

To initiate a return:

2. We will confirm your return and provide instructions if needed
3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide
4. Keep proof of postage for your records
